.NET Full Stack Developer (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Preferred) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 Required for Initial 2 Years) About the Role We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Developers to join a team supporting a critical mortgage servicing application within the home lending industry. This application helps homeowners retain ownership of their properties and avoid foreclosure by providing essential mortgage-related information and support services. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with a primary focus on front-end/UI development while also contributing to backend services and API development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies. Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular or React. Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Contribute to automation efforts and application quality initiatives. Support enhancements and new development within mortgage servicing applications. Required 2+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (5–6+ years preferred for senior-level candidates). REST API Development Full Stack Web Application Development Front-end experience with: Angular (Preferred) React (Acceptable) Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies. Experience participating throughout the SDLC. Additional Information Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis for the initial 2-year contract period.
