Handyman/Maintenance for busy dealership group
- Plumbing Repairs: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing toilets, and minor pipe repairs.
- Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Carpentry & Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, fences, cabinets, and repairing drywall or siding.
- Painting & Maintenance: Interior/exterior painting, caulking, tiling, grouting, and power washing surfaces.
- General Maintenance: Assembling furniture, installing appliances, cleaning gutters, and repairing deck/fence components.
- HVAC & Mechanical: Replacing air conditioning filters, checking HVAC functionality, and maintaining heating systems
- Must be willing to drive to multiple locations to do work
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible schedule and adaptable to different work environments
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude, accountability, and reliability
- Knowledge of and compliance with all safety requirements
- Reliable transportation and own basic tools
