Senior Quality Manager

Provide food safety leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and Kroger quality standards across manufacturing, storage, and distribution. Maintain a clean, safe facility through effective sanitation programs, training, and inspections, while developing procedures and overseeing all cleaning and sanitation functions. Support plant safety, environmental sustainability, capital projects, and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives, and model Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities Lead food safety, sanitation, and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards Maintain audit readiness; serve as liaison for inspections, audits, and corporate compliance reviews Oversee sanitation, environmental and product testing, and facility inspections; ensure GMP and pest control compliance Ensure adherence to HACCP, preventive controls, SQF, allergen programs, and product specifications Develop and train QA teams; ensure effective training on food safety programs and regulatory requirements Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance across production, sanitation, and laboratory activities Manage supplier quality, receiving processes, consumer feedback, and non-conformance investigations to drive root cause resolution Support product development, change control, capital planning, and continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration Lead lab operations and testing, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment aligned with Kroger’s food safety and quality principles Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kroger
