Skilled - CNC Programmer

CNC Machinist's and Programmers / Direct Hire/ Sign on Bonus QPS Employment Group has a great CNC Programmer position available at a company in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This is a 2nd shift, direct hire role. Shift 1st and 2nd shifts Responsibilities Program, setup, and run variety of machine tools to manufacture parts according to specifications. Check all diameters and dimensions. Study blueprint and plan efficient way to manufacture parts. Use overhead cranes to lift large parts or materials safely. Measure parts using precision measuring equipment. Maintain machine shop equipment. Train other workers on the proper and safe operation of equipment. Collaborate with others (including in person) to proactively develop solutions. Perform machine maintenance. Assist in establishing procedures to manufacture parts more efficiently. Deburrs parts when time allows. Requirements Education generally equivalent to a high school diploma. Up to 3-5 years of machinist experience. Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform geometrics. Ability to perform metric conversions. Good oral and written communication skills to interact with employees. Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or other machine software.
