Behavior Therapist

Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. What You'll Do:As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work with children to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to make each day fun, rewarding, and full of growth for both the kids and our team members. Your Role Includes:
- Working directly with children (usually one-on-one) to support behavior goals
- Following a personalized plan created for each child
- Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills
- Supporting families and sharing progress
- Taking notes and tracking the child's progress
- Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible
- Someone who loves working with kids
- Great communication skills
- Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude
- Experience working with children is a big plus (but we'll provide training if you're new!)

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in psychology or related field from an accredited institution preferred, or enrollment in degree program leading to a degree in psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism in an educational or therapy setting for at least 6 months
- Complete TB test and livescan clearance
- Must be comfortable with diaper changes.
- Must be available M-F 8-5PM
