Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clear documentation.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Manage resource allocation and monitor project performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issues and dependencies proactively.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Waterfall best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in IT project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large technology projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing cloud, data, or enterprise application projects.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to vendor and budget management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
