Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clear documentation.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Manage resource allocation and monitor project performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Waterfall best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large technology projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification (preferred).
- Experience managing cloud, data, or enterprise application projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to vendor and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
