CNAC Customer Service Specialist

Provide support for Sales and Post Sales operations to includemeeting with customers pre/post-deal. This position will beresponsible to process various aspects of the deal life cycle tohelp protect Company assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

includeachieving positive results in three key areas: Customer Service,Operations, and Administration. Other duties as assigned. Customer Service Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening andintaking information to help facilitate sound business decisions. Assist the customer in understanding the expectations relatedto the deal transaction. Operations Conduct interviews and prepare budgets with potential customers. Set expectations with customer for after the sale. Provide assistance with loan closings. Work to redeem customers pre/post charge off. Process and follow-up on CPI claims. Manage Rehabs, Loss Mitigation Program and Edits. Work through repos and follow-up with all compliance letters. Documents all customer contact or attempted contact. Process appropriate invoices pertaining to CNAC. Administration Formally documents all activity using proprietary software. Serve as back-up to Branch Finance Assistant or Title Clerk as needed. Respond to written credit disputes.

Education and/or Experience Proficient keyboarding/computer skills, excellent organizationalskills, clear written and oral communication skills, good ability tointeract with all levels of management. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and smallgroup situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry outdetailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability todeal with problems involving concrete variables in standardizedsituations.
