Your Role as the Nursing Assistant Assisted Living | Non-Certified – Training Provided As a Nursing Assistant in our Assisted Living community, you’ll have one of the most direct impacts on our residents’ daily lives. You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by assisting with activities of daily living while helping create a warm, respectful, and home-like environment. Summary The Nursing Assistant provides direct personal care and support to residents under the direction of licensed staff and community leadership. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, promoting dignity and comfort, and serving as a positive ambassador to residents, families, and visitors. This Role May Also Be Known As Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Resident Care Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant.
