We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant in Philanthropy! What's Available: Hours: 40 hours/week Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 am-5pm Department: Philanthropy Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI What You'll Do: Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across the philanthropy team using various computer systems and applications. Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting. Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff. Plan, organize, and execute meetings, small scale events, and educational sessions, managing all logistics, timelines, and confidential information to ensure successful outcomes Why You Get: Starting pay of $19.05/hour + more for experience!
