Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR day shift position requiring 2+ years of dedicated surgical experience across multiple specialties.

Details

Hospital operating room setting with 8 regular beds, 2 cysto, 1 endo, and 2 c-section rooms
Day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm, with early starts and late ends rotated among staff
Rotating regular call and back-up emergent call approximately 2 days a week plus one weekend a month
No floating required
Uses PICIS EMR system

Requirements

CST certification required
BLS certification required
2+ years of dedicated surgical experience required
Confident CST abilities covering General, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urological, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Prepare, manage, and maintain the sterile field in the operating room while assisting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses
Hospital-provided green scrubs
RTO requests accepted but must be less than 1 week
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
