Job Title: Analyst II – Telework Hybrid Department: Department of Motor Vehicles (Digital Services Division) Location: Sacramento Headquarters (hybrid telework opportunity) Monthly Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,775.00 (minimum for full-time appointment) Responsibilities Lead enterprise‑level AI initiatives and advanced analytics projects. Evaluate, implement and optimize AI solutions to modernize complex business processes. Conduct process redesign and provide technical guidance to junior analysts. Drive the department’s digital transformation strategy under Digital Services Leadership. Collaborate across teams to support efficient, user‑centered digital services. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years analytics experience. Proficiency in AI concepts and machine learning tools. Strong Excel and SQL skills. Experience with process reengineering and digital transformation. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams. Desirable Qualifications Additional experience in advanced AI, data science, or related fields is preferred.
