Front Desk Coordinator (Medspa)

Summary/Objective The Front Desk Medspa Coordinator for Paradise Valley Skin Klinic focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquiries about medspa services provided, pricing, and products available. In addition, they are responsible for capturing leads and patient data in the system accurately. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets patients and oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System) Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads Educates patients on services offered by Paradise Valley Skin Klinic Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries check-in and check-out Medspa patients Alerts proper staff of patient's arrival Maintains a clean and organized front desk area Assists with social media marketing content Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff Qualifications Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Short and long term disability coverage Life insurance Supplementalinsurance Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Experience High end customer service: 2 years (Required) Our Company is a Drug-Free Workplace dedicated to maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional environment for our patients, employees, and community.
