The Freddie Mac I&CM Data Services Team is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineering Technical Lead, focusing on the support for modernization effort of an Operational data store. This role will focus on leveraging AI technologies as a key component in the modernization process. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in both backend and frontend development, as well as a strong understanding of data engineering and AI integration.Our Impact:Our team is driving the modernization of the organization’s trade data capture process by transitioning from traditional batch file transfers to contemporary, real-time data transfer methods into a bi-temporal OLTP data store. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $138,000 - $206,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
