2nd and 3rd shift Customer Service Representative

Shift Details 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (includes a $3 shift differential for 3rd shift) Responsibilities Answer incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status, and general customer concerns. Enter online orders from various online systems into our operating system for processing, noting any demographic changes, order requested times, and any notes the hospice or family deems important. Respond to patient/client questions and problems. Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients through every call, email, or other source of communication to portray the company in the best light. Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance and promote teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow CSRs, routers, and field operations as needed. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, on a predetermined rotating schedule. Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers and patients. Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications No prior experience required; the right candidates will be trained.
