Building the capability and loyalty of the team. Increasing guest loyalty / building sales. Ensuring the financial health of the business. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for inspiring, leading, and overseeing the restaurant and team members on an ongoing basis in order to make Round Table Pizza every family’s first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, a Manager is responsible for ensuring that employees are being developed, working together as a team, behaving professionally, providing great service to our guests and making our product with precision. In addition, the Manager is responsible for marketing to our guests and achieving their financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment. By focusing their time against high‑impact activities and training others to perform the more routine job duties, all of this can be accomplished. Four‑year college degree preferred. Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred. Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members, the public, and support staff. Good time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Able to engage and inspire a team and to lead, coach and develop others. Able to analyze situations, problem‑solve, exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to all levels of employees within the company. Able to perform and understand simple mathematical calculations; P & L knowledge and understanding. Computer skills required. Physical: able to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must possess a valid ID and be at least 21 years of age.
