ABOUT THIS ROLE Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented social media coordinator who lives and breathes social. This role is all about being in the details, owning our day-to-day presence across platforms and helping bring the brand to life through consistent, thoughtful, and highly accurate execution. You will be responsible for posting all owned social content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, commenting across all owned accounts, and DMing across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's voice and high-touch standard. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is plugged into social culture, understands how to engage a community, and takes pride in getting every detail right. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Social Media. RESPONSIBILITIES The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of our social channels. Content Planning & Posting Own scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ensure assets are properly formatted, captioned, tagged, and optimized per platform best practices. Community Engagement Manage daily community engagement including responding to all owned comments and DMs with approved brand‑aligned messaging. Handles customer service inquiries via social DMs in partnership with CX teams to resolve inquiries efficiently Engages with tagged content and relevant accounts to foster community and growth. Identify superfans, creators, and niche communities worth engaging. Trend Research & Social Listening Pull relevant fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends across platforms weekly. Track and log mentions of PATRICK TA BEAUTY across Instagram / TikTok for paid boosting and general use. Translate trend research and performance insights into actionable content recommendations tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithm. Monitor competitor activity and emerging creators for ongoing inspiration and insight. Content Creation Support Capture BTS content during social shoots as needed. Aid in creative production logistics for social shoots including TikTok shop Keep shoot and gifting samples organized and returned on time. Internal Organization & Brand Alignment Support organization of creative decks and campaign recaps. Take notes during meetings and proactively follow up on action items. Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, Influencer, Creative, and E‑Commerce teams. Remain adaptable and solution‑oriented during launches, events, and high‑volume moments. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably within a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand. Experience managing brand social channels and executing against a content calendar. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Working knowledge of social analytics and ability to pull reports and identify key insights. Proficient knowledge in video editing within TikTok and CapCut. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range Opportunity The hiring range for this role is $72,000 - 78,000 USD Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job‑related expertise.
