About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, including assessing their physical abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective interventions to improve their function and independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment plans
