Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg – travel assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 13-week period. Weekly pay ranges from $1,992 to $2,169 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 nights (1845–0715). Work setting is a hospital-based Med Surg unit with potential rotation to other departments as needed during the assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients following established nursing standards and clinical pathways
- Monitor patient status, including vital signs, intake/output, and changes in acuity; implement and adjust care plans accordingly
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions and document responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate changes, and support safe transitions of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required
- Float to other departments as needed during rotation and respond to unit staffing needs

Requirements
- Active registered nursing license in Washington State or valid multi-state licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Approved 6-hour suicide training
- Demographics verification from Nursys
- Willingness to float to other departments during rotation
- RTO must be approved and added to the end of the contract
