VIBE Dental is an established, privately owned East Valley dental practice seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist who wants more than a traditional associate position.

Our practice welcomes approximately 150 new patients per month and serves a strong PPO and fee-for-service patient base.

With 1,000+ patient reviews, strong patient flow, comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and continued growth, the foundation is already here for the right doctor to build a highly productive, long-term career.

For the right fit, this opportunity can grow well beyond a traditional associate role—including the potential to become a main/lead doctor, expand clinical days, participate in tiered performance incentives, take on leadership responsibilities, and potentially explore future buy-in or partnership opportunities.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Our practice utilizes modern technology to support diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical efficiency, and the patient experience, including:

- CEREC same-day dentistry.

- CBCT imaging.

- iTero digital scanning.

- Digital radiography.

- Modern clinical and practice-management systems.

Technology supports our doctors—it does not replace clinical judgment.

COMPREHENSIVE DENTISTRY

Depending on training, experience, and clinical comfort, our doctors have opportunities to provide:

- Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in any of the following areas is valuable:

- CEREC.

- Endodontics.

- Molar endodontics.

- Surgical extractions.

- Implant placement and restoration.

- Cosmetic dentistry.

- Clear aligners.

- Comprehensive treatment planning.

You do not need to perform every advanced procedure.

We are interested in understanding what you do exceptionally well and providing an environment where you can continue developing clinically.

QUALIFICATIONS

- DDS or DMD degree.

- Active Arizona dental license in good standing by start date.

- Current CPR/BLS certification as required.

- Appropriate professional liability coverage.

- Any additional credentials required for procedures performed.

SCHEDULE

We are open to discussing part-time or full-time opportunities depending on consistent availability, patient demand, performance, and practice needs.

The opportunity to add clinical days may increase as the relationship and schedule develop.
