  As a Registered Nurse in the CCU, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized cardiac critical care environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while actively engaging patients and families throughout the continuum.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will monitor patient conditions closely, recognize changes, and adjust care plans as neededcollaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive optimal outcomes for patients with acute and complex cardiac conditions.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to continuously improve care processes and patient outcomes.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will promote a culture of safety by identifying risks, intervening appropriately, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and team members.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

  Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling, including assisting with transfers. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Exposure to clinical environments requiring appropriate protective equipment.
