Position: Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care

\n

Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico

Work Type: Full Time

About the Opportunity:

\n

\n
• Team Composition: 5 Nurse Practitioners, LPNs, MA, X-ray tech
\n
• Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
\n
• Call: No Call
\n
• Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient
\n
• Patient Volumes: Up to 30-40 patients per day
\n
• Procedures needed: Lacerations, suturing, splinting, higher level procedures,initial X-Ray reads, IV Hydration
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Preferred previous Urgent Care (UC) or Emergency Room (ER) experience or 2 years in Primary Care. Open to the right candidate without prior experience.
\n
• \n

  Licensed in New Mexico or willing to obtain licensure before the hire date.

\n

\n
