Senior Legal Counsel

An international company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support commercial and operational legal matters across complex projects and business activities. This role offers broad exposure to contracts, compliance, disputes and strategic legal advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate EPC, construction and commercial agreements. Advise internal stakeholders on legal, compliance and risk matters. Support claims, disputes, litigation and employment-related matters. Provide legal guidance on governance, regulatory and operational topics. Support M&A, financing and strategic projects. Manage external counsel and legal workflows.

Your Profile

Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience. Strong experience with commercial contracts and EPC or construction projects. Background within private practice and/or in-house environments. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Commercial and pragmatic mindset. Excellent communication and drafting skills.
