Staff Counselor

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Staff Counselor with our Counseling Center Department. In serving counseling referrals, this position reports to the Counseling Center Manager, providing counseling services to individual adults, adolescents, and children, as well as couple and family therapy and group therapy. He or she also provides psychiatric intakes for new clients, arriving at accurate diagnoses, and keeping the psychiatric diagnoses updated. Additionally, this position provides other services appropriate to the counselor’s training and licensure and according to the goals of the Counseling Center and needs of the community. He or she is a team-player in the collegial and mutually supportive environment of the CHH Counseling Center. The individual in this role adds his or her unique knowledge, skills, and other abilities to the Center to enrich its diversity and depth, and to maintain the quality of service the community expects from the CHH Counseling Center. #J-18808-Ljbffr St. Mary's Medical Center (West Virginia)
