Conduct both standard and specialized laboratory testssuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologystrictly following established procedures.

Interpret results accurately, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Assist with the collection of specimens and appropriately prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, mentor new team members or students, and maintain high-quality lab standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe workplace, and comply with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of hire is required.

Maintain active certification throughout your employment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and address challenges in fast-paced or high-pressure settings.
