Warehouse Associate – Bindery Department (Temp-to-Hire) Penmac Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates to support the Bindery Department for a leading book manufacturer in Jefferson City, MO. These temp-to-hire, full-time General Laborer positions offer a clean, climate-controlled work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Inspect, count, and box printed materials according to work orders Label, stack, and organize boxes for shipment Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves, using mechanical lift assistance when needed Off‑stack boxes and maintain accuracy for all outgoing orders Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures throughout each shift Requirements for the Warehouse Associate Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs Able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, and twisting Basic math and counting skills Willingness to work in a fast‑paced production environment Must be willing to submit to required screenings Pay and Shift Information Pay: $16.00–$17.50 per hour Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Penmac is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
