Job Summary As a leading retailer in the pleasure products industry, Lions Den offers a safe and welcoming environment for customers to explore their desires. We currently have openings for part‑time sales associates at our Pasadena, MD location. The role is hourly, with a base pay of $15.00 per hour and potential commissions of $4.00 to $6.00 per hour. Full‑time associates are eligible for a full benefits package; part‑time positions do not include benefits. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in retail, sales or hospitality. Strong communication skills. Experience with computers. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand 4–8 hours without sitting. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Job Functions and Physical Requirements Frequent speaking to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly, and professionally. Able to hear average or normal conversations to receive ordinary information. Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to operate machinery and inspect documents and products. Physical strength to lift up to 50lbs. Must stand 4–8 hours without sitting. Reliable transportation to and from work. Compensation Base pay: $15.00 an hour.
