Cicis Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Direct daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager Ensure compliance with company standards across all operational areas Oversee product preparation and delivery Manage customer relations Maintain and repair restaurant facilities Manage inventory Lead team management, recruitment, and retention Maintain financial accountability Deliver highest quality products and services to each customer Perform other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Available for flexible shifts weekly including opening and closing Must pass a criminal background check if required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance Valid driver's license Legally authorized to work in the United States Experience with banking and cash handling Experience with guest relations and managing guest concerns Experience training new team members Experience writing a team schedule At least 1 year of shift management experience in the restaurant industry within the last 2 years Seeking full-time or part-time employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Cicis Pizza
