Assistant Sales Manager New Car Dealership

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our high-performing new car dealership. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in automotive sales
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience running a sales desk and supporting daily dealership operations
- Strong knowledge of new vehicle leasing and lease structuring
- Experience performing vehicle appraisals and managing trade evaluations
- Inventory management experience, including monitoring and merchandising inventory
- A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- The ability to coach, train, and develop new sales consultants
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
