Key Qualifications and Experience: Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain a School Psychologist credential Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Expertise in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions Ability to provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to work across different grade levels Enthusiasm for collaborating within a multidisciplinary setting Primary Responsibilities: Administer psychoeducational assessments for eligibility and program planning Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams Provide group and individual counseling to address a range of student concerns Consult with teachers and staff to offer strategies that enhance student learning and behavior Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives Assist in crisis prevention and response for student or school-wide needs Engage parents and guardians as active partners in their childs education Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold ethical and legal standards This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to directly impact student outcomes in a vibrant school community just outside Oklahoma City.
