Madison Professional Group is partnering with an established and growing wealth management firm in the Houston market to identify an experienced Wealth Manager to join its advisory team. This is an opportunity for a planning-driven wealth professional who enjoys being at the center of the client relationship—understanding the full financial picture, developing sophisticated planning strategies, and helping individuals and families navigate important financial decisions with confidence. This is not simply a portfolio management position . The Wealth Manager will take an active role in the complete client experience, combining comprehensive financial planning, investment oversight, and ongoing relationship management. The Opportunity As a Wealth Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans through eMoney while providing ongoing guidance across investments, retirement, tax-efficient strategies, estate considerations, cash flow, and other areas of wealth planning. You will work closely with clients through regular review meetings and ongoing conversations, identifying planning opportunities as their lives, goals, and financial circumstances evolve. The ideal candidate brings both strong technical planning capabilities and the interpersonal skills required to build long-term, trusted client relationships. What You’ll Do Develop, present, and maintain comprehensive financial plans using eMoney Lead client meetings and ongoing financial planning conversations Manage client relationships with a high level of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through Provide guidance across retirement planning, investments, tax-efficient strategies, estate coordination, cash-flow planning, and other wealth-management needs Oversee client investment accounts and provide ongoing portfolio monitoring Identify new planning opportunities as client circumstances and objectives evolve Evaluate risk tolerance, financial goals, liquidity needs, and long-term priorities Coordinate with internal investment, planning, and client-service professionals to deliver a seamless client experience Proactively communicate with clients and serve as a consistent point of contact for important financial decisions What We’re Looking For We are looking for a wealth-management professional who can combine technical planning expertise with exceptional client-facing skills . The successful candidate will have approximately 3–7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a closely related advisory capacity and a demonstrated track record of working directly with clients. Qualifications include: Series 65 required; Series 66 also welcomed Hands-on experience with eMoney financial planning software required Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning and investment management Experience conducting client meetings and presenting financial recommendations Knowledge of retirement, tax-efficient planning, estate considerations, investment strategy, and cash-flow planning Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
