Casework Supervisor (New Bloomfield)

Perry County is accepting applications for a Full-Time Casework Supervisor in the Children & Youth Services Office until 4:00 p.m. September 8, 2026. The civil service position is responsible to provide supervision to children and youth caseworkers.

Essential duties include:

• Oversee, coordinate, review, and monitor case records, service plans, implementation and monitoring of service
• Assist caseworkers in preparation for court proceedings
• Coordinate provision of emergency on-call coverage and provide back up for the coverage
• Evaluate staff performance to include annual evaluations

Compensation includes a starting salary of $30.23/hour. Perry County employment offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes generous paid time off, a County retirement plan, and medical, dental, and vision insurance after a probationary period.
