Position Embedded Network Engineer Location San Jose, CA Job ID 108526 Job Summary As a Technical Specialist in Embedded Networking, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering both new products and sustenance solutions. This position involves leveraging your expertise to lead technical initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client requirements. You will be instrumental in fostering team development and promoting the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies within the organization. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop embedded networking solutions through the team, ensuring that projects align with defined scope and industry standards. Act as a subject‑matter expert to provide technical guidance and support on embedded networking technologies and processes. Conduct research and implement new technologies to enhance solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications. Train and mentor team members to build a skilled workforce in embedded networking, proactively addressing knowledge gaps and mitigating delivery risks. Gather specifications and translate them into actionable solutions for clients, leveraging in‑depth understanding of embedded networking and related domains. Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet technical and quality benchmarks, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements. Recommend and implement client value‑creation initiatives by adopting industry best practices in embedded networking technology and product development. Skill Requirements Expert knowledge of embedded networking technologies and protocols. Advanced proficiency in Linux operating systems and development environments. Strong programming skills in C, with a focus on embedded systems development. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
