What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Evaluate and treat children (infants, toddlers, school‑aged and teens) with a variety of sensory processing disorders, neurodivergent diagnoses, fine motor delays, and physical disabilities. Option to specialize in feeding disorders. Design creative, playful, child‑led, and highly beneficial therapy sessions that keep kids engaged. Develop individualized Plans of Care (POC) with meaningful goals, actively involving parents and caregivers in the goal‑setting process. Empower and coach parents to successfully carry over therapeutic strategies into their daily home routines. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate openly and effectively with families, physicians, and your fellow multidisciplinary teammates. Attend and participate in monthly all‑team meetings and therapist collaboration meetings. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current (or eligible) Kansas Occupational Therapist license and NBCOT Certification (OTR).
