TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78258!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required Must-Have: At least 2 years of experience in ICU; experience with vasopressors Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The unit has 14 ICU beds and 20 Med/Surg beds. The patient ratios are 1:2 in ICU and 1:5 in Med/Surg. The staffing includes 1 PCA and 1 UC. Standard equipment is utilized throughout the unit. Documentation is managed using Meditech. Scheduling requires availability every other weekend. Candidates must be willing to float when necessary. Attendance issues in previous roles will impact candidacy. Critical care procedures are performed on this unit. A dress code is enforced, requiring navy scrubs for RNs. Hair should be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever possible.
