We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to assist with client communication, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and confirmations
- Gather and organize client information to ensure accuracy
- Track requests and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and digital tools
- Communicate updates clearly to ensure clients remain informed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
- 100% remote work environment
