Role Provides compassionate emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote and restore health through the nursing process. Supervises assigned team members, establishes patient care goals, and educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care. Ensures quality care by adhering to standards, monitoring outcomes, and making necessary adjustments. Responsibilities Include Completing patient assessments and care plans Providing physical and psychological support Promoting patient independence through education Following regulatory standards and nursing philosophies Qualifications & Skills Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and healthcare experience Core Duties Work in surgical units for ophthalmology and orthopedics, providing full-time nursing care without on-call or weekend shifts.
