Assistant Program Coordinator - New Directions Program New Responsibilities: Assists in the daily management of the New Directions program Develops treatment plans with consumers Conducts intakes on direct referrals to the program Monitors staff performance in all program activities and provides supervision as needed Assists in the completion of staff performance evaluations Identifies and provides for the training needs of staff Qualifications: MSW in Social Work, Psychology or a related field A minimum of three years experience in a clinical setting, preferably with psychiatric adolescent population LSW and Bilingual in Spanish preferred Valid New Jersey driver’s license Pay: $58,000 annual salary Shift Monday through Thursday, 12pm-8pm Friday, 3pm-8pm *occasionally 9am-2pm Why Join us?
