Location: Tuscon, AZ

We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to build and grow a book of business by identifying new customer opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Develop new business within assigned territory
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Present new products and programs to customers
• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service
• Monitor sales trends and customer performance
• Work closely with inside sales, operations, and credit teams
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing information
• Communicate market pricing and competitive activity to management

Qualifications

• 15 years of sales or account management experience
• Strong preference for candidates with experience developing new business and selling into the heavy-duty commercial and agricultural markets
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Fuel, lubricant, or industrial sales experience is a plus
