We Love Who We Serve™ What You’ll Do Drive new business development through outreach, referrals, networking, and market research Build and grow a portfolio of client accounts Lead client meetings and deliver consultative solutions aligned to hiring needs and business goals Develop long‑term, trusted partnerships with key decision‑makers Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and service agreements Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver top talent to clients and exceed client expectations Manage and expand clients' accounts to increase revenue What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience (staffing experience is a plus) Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Competitive, coachable, and highly motivated mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Ability to travel to see clients occasionally within the Boston area.
