Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a high-volume, well-structured anesthesia care team opportunity in South Florida. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call and no weekend requirements, providing an excellent balance of professional engagement and lifestyle flexibility.

Start date is anticipated for mid to late May. This position is strictly for out-of-state candidates who meet all credentialing and experience requirements.

Please note: Candidates will participate in a Zoom or phone interview with the Site Medical Director and/or clinical leadership team as part of the selection process.

This is a 235-bed acute care hospital located in a highly desirable South Florida community known for its strong schools, family-friendly environment, and access to beaches, dining, cultural venues, and outdoor recreation.

The facility operates within a collaborative anesthesia care team model and supports a wide range of surgical specialties. It is a non-teaching environment with a high procedural volume and modern clinical infrastructure, including Cerner EMR.

Malpractice: Covered

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
• Collaborate within a care team model alongside physicians and CRNAs
• Manage anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, robotics, endoscopy, IR, neuro, bariatrics, and vascular cases
• Ensure safe, efficient perioperative patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
• Participate in clinical workflows supporting high surgical volume

• Must be Board Certified CRNA (Board Eligible not accepted)
• Active Florida license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
• Clean professional file required
• No more than 5 total affiliations
• Must not have worked at this site or affiliated sites within the past 24 months
• Out-of-state candidates only

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM start time
• Options: 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
• No call responsibilities
• No weekend coverage

• Proficiency in general anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, and robotic procedures
• Strong airway management and regional anesthesia skills preferred
• Ability to function effectively in a high-volume care team environment
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
