Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of experience who can both scrub and circulate independently in a General Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Details

• General Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
• Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Rotating call schedule including approximately one weekend per month
• Full-time, 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Ability to scrub Cath Lab procedures independently strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
• License required if applicable
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Additional Information

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Scrub, circulate, and support physicians during procedures
• Maintain a safe and sterile procedural environment
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply and could affect pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
