MDS Coordinator, RN- PRN

Qualifications :

• Must be a Registered Nurse currently licensed in Maryland with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience.
• RAC-CT preferred but not required. 
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required. 
• Must be able to follow and give accurate written and oral instructions and possess visual acuity to effectively prepare and read reports. 
• Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff residents and visitors. 
• Ability to coordinate and organize own work and the work of others to effectively meet multiple job responsibilities and deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills to ensure accurate data entry/Microsoft Office experience preferred.
