Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Full Description

Express Employment is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for preparing vacant units and getting them ready for the next occupant, landscaping, snow removal, and other activities required to effectively maintain designated properties.

Pay: $22.00/hr. Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and on call as required.

2 years of general construction and maintenance work preferred. General knowledge of all areas in building trades; painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, ground maintenance, and equipment servicing. Power and hand tool knowledge; and mechanical aptitude required to perform tasks.

* Current Wyoming Driver's license required. *

Must be available for scheduled on-call duty and to respond to emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis.
