Title: Pharmacy Technician III Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Pharmacy Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: Second Shift (United States of America) Summary As a Pharmacy Technician, you play an important part in safely delivering medications to patients who need them. You'll work closely with licensed pharmacists to prepare, package, and distribute medications—both routine and specialized—helping ensure every patient receives the right treatment at the right time. Registered Pharmacy Technician with NYS Office of the Professions, State Education Department. Education and Experience High school diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full‑time pharmacy assistant or pharmacy technician experience. NOTE: Incumbents must maintain the required New York State registration and national certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) as a condition of continued employment. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
