Qualifications Proven experience in event coordination, specifically in sports, concerts, or theatre (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage event logistics. Basic computer skills required for event planning software, scheduling tools, and email communication. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
