Director of Youth Ministries

Job Description Bellville Methodist Church is vibrant church in central Austin County Texas with active and growing youth and children's ministries. The Director of Youth Ministry serves as a spiritual leader and role model for BMC and community youth by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (grades 6-12). This role involves building relationships with students and parents, leading teams of volunteers, and creating impactful opportunities for students to worship, serve, and grow in their faith through Sunday evening large group worship and teaching, small groups, mid‑week gatherings, annual confirmation programs, ministry events, retreats, mission trips and other service opportunities. This is a full‑time position offering a positive and collaborative work environment, flexible hours, paid holiday and vacation time, opportunities for professional growth, and the privilege of shaping the next generation for Christ.
