The Support Specialist is responsible for duties including: retrieving, analyzing, and processing documents and data for the Commercial and Personal Lines departments. This position requires working daily with insurance carriers, vendors and internal staff. Compensation $21-$25/hr Depending on Experience Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance plans. Cross-trained on all outsourced tasks Manages and routes incoming mail and email from clients and carriers Maintains client files with excellent documentation and organization of data Assists CL Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Service and Personal Lines teams on various tasks and special projects Executes basic client servicing requests Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn new software applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
