Assistant General ManagerA rapidly growing, multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue. This role supports daily operations across food, beverage, guest experience, and large-scale events.What You'll Do:Support overall venue operations and guest service standardsLead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teamsManage labor, inventory, and cost controlsEnsure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standardsDrive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectationsOversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metricsUse restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.)What You Bring:5+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitalityStrong leadership, communication, and coaching skillsFamiliarity with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, accounting)Experience supporting a concept that blends restaurant service + entertainment + eventsAbility to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environmentsBilingual a plusIf you excel in creating memorable guest experiences while leading large teams in a fun, high-energy environment, we'd love to connect.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insurancePay Range: $75,000 -$80,000 Base Salary + Bonus
