RN - Nurse Navigator

RN Nurse NavigatorThis is a Nurse Navigator position focused on outpatient care. The candidate must have experience in orthopedics and pediatrics. The role requires the ability to float to other facilities as needed. The daily patient census will be around 25, with approximately 25 visits each day. The nurse will provide support for adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients. This position involves assessment and management of orthopedic conditions. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including interpretation services and radiology. The role emphasizes patient health assessments and pain management strategies. The candidate should be skilled in application of splints and treatment of fractures and dislocations. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining patient health records and histories.
