Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Required Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including ventilator management, airway care, and emergency interventions
• Conduct respiratory assessments, administer therapies, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient interventions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment
